    In Twitter discussion, it only allows up to 280 characters long on a single post. Twitter discussion can be private or public but mostly opening their own thoughts and opinion to the world to seek other's different thought and mind. However, in my knowledge, the Blackboard discussion has no limit as creating a thread but also in-class Blackboard discussion is secured by the professor and shared only to registered roster. Moreover, the Blackboard are controlled by the professor and gives certain question to answer it.

    Twitter discussion is more open widely toward the world and gets various feedback than the Blackboard discussion and in-class discussion. The in-class discussion has certain people that will see your thought.
